Hot Cakes was born at the Seattle farmers markets in 2008, with our namesake product – molten chocolate cake. Deeply chocolatey, warm, gooey in the middle, and cakey on the outside. It’s chocolate cake living its best life. For four years, we could be found every weekend at the farmers markets selling raw, frozen cake batter in mason jars for dessert lovers to bake at home. We make a line of dessert sauces and jars of smoked chocolate chips which we sell nationally in specialty and grocery stores.
