I combine European couverture chocolates with premium pure fresh ingredients like Oregon hazelnuts, bourbon vanilla beans, high fat butter and top shelf liqueurs.  I take extra steps like candying fresh orange peel for my 72% candied orange bar and roasting and grinding whole hazelnuts for my dark chocolate hazelnut truffles.  These chocolates and confections are truly handcrafted, and truly delightful.
